Terms of Service

Welcome to MathNCode. By accessing or using our website (`Service1`), you agree to these Terms of Service (`Terms`). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our Service.

1. Eligibility

Our services are designed for students and their parents. By using MathNCode, you confirm that you are either a student with parental permission or a parent creating an account on behalf of your child.

2. Use of Service

We offer both free and paid content. Some lessons and one private session are available free of charge to new users. Continued use of the platform, including access to premium content or additional 1-on-1 sessions, requires payment.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not offer refunds. However, we provide free content and a free 1-on-1 session to help you evaluate our services.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms. Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on MathNCode, including videos, course materials, designs, and branding, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without our prior written permission.

6. Usage Restrictions

You may not:

  • Record, download, or redistribute video content.
  • Share your login credentials with others.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the site or services.

7. Private Sessions

Free and paid private sessions can be booked through your account. Cancellations must be made via email or phone at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in a temporary booking restriction.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
